A foreign military helicopter crashed near the Croatian town of Drnis Wednesday, the Croatian Defense Ministry said, with a media report suggesting it was a Hungarian helicopter.
“It is not a helicopter belonging to Croatia. Details of the accident will be shared later, a ministry statement said.
Josip Brozicevic, the head of the Croatian Search and Rescue Department, said that three people were on board the helicopter and the bodies of two of them have been found.
A search continued for the missing person.
According to regional broadcaster N1, helicopter belongs to the Hungarian military which was currently in Croatia for training purposes.
